Reactive agents are simple without any representation of their environment. Thus, intelligent behaviors can emerge from a population of numerous agents. On the other hand, an autonomous agent is complex. It has a (partial) model of its environment and acts in accordance with this model. It is an agent with an existence that is independent of that of other agents. In our research, we provide different support to users. In most learning situations, a reliable pattern of the student’s response is not developed until the student makes significant progress on the given task. Over the last few years, universities and colleges have made substantial progress in using the Internet to deliver courses. Therefore, campus-based education and distance education, to some extent, tend to be integrated. Software agents can be implemented in a granular fashion, achieving results quickly.
