Description
Webmaster Templates contains a collection of HTML web templates divided into categories and searchable using keywords. Templates can be purchased individually for $19.99 or a subscription to the site can be purchased for $99.00 for three months. The subscription grants access to download all the templates on the site. Once purchased, an email is sent that contains a login and password. The purchaser can then login and download the purchased templates. Each download contains the HTML layout, CSS file and graphics for the purchased template.
Additional Information
Purchase individual HTML web templates for $19.99 or purchase a subscription to gain access to all web templates located on the site. New templates are added to the database on a regular basis.
License Agreement

Carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
2. License Agreement
DR Management grants subscribers a nonexclusive license to use the web templates in accordance with these Terms of Use and Conditions (the "license") issued by DR Management.
3. Non-Exclusive License Agreement
The templates in the Webmaster-Templates.net directory are not for resale. Once a subscription is purchased you are able to use the web templates for corporate or personal use. This includes the design of a website using the templates.
4. Modifcations
Modifications to the web templates are allowed, you may not distribute the web templates after modifications, unless all images and objects are replaced and the template looks drastically different from the original templates.
5. Graphic Elements
All photograph and images are property of DR Management and may not be used in derivative works.
The subscription to the Webmaster-Templates.net directory does not grant a license to modify, resell, license or sub-license any of the images used in the Webmaster-Templates.net directory in their present or modified forms under any circumstances.
6. Unauthorized Use
Web templates and images, modified or unmodified, may not be included on a CD, or any other redistribution material outside of those uses mentioned in this license, without prior written consent from DR Management.
You may not include or bundle with other projects for resale. Any misuse or distribution of the templates or images will result in sever penalties. DR Management will pursue legal action for any losses resulting from misuse of content.
7. Assignability
The subscription to Webmaster-Templates.net directory may not be resold, sub-licensed, assigned or transfered to 3rd parties.
8. Ownership
A subscription to the Webmaster-Templates.net directory does not constitute ownership, it merely constitutes a license to use the templates in the directory. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership--modified or unmodified.
9. Liabilities
DR Managements's templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. DR Management shall not be liable for any damages allegedly sustained from use of the web templates.
You agree that DR Management is not liable to any subscriber for any indirect, incidental, damages or loss of business, lost profits, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss.
