Jim has dedicated his career to helping people achieve their goals, and he takes great pride in the amount of research he does when creating individualized plans for his clients. Weight Loss in Reality is the result of years of research, application, teaching, trial & error, reading, interviewing professionals, and attending conferences. He holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Michigan State University and a M.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan where he earned a Graduate Scholarship and had the privilege of working in the Athletic Department under legendary strength coach Mike Gittleson.
