On leaving the Royal Navy after the Second World War ended in 1945, Linton Wellfare founded L.L. WELLFARE, which in those days sold second hand furniture and carpets when they could be obtained!
Like most independent stores we are still a family owned business, with all the virtues you'd expect; friendly service, coupled with vast knowledge of the products we sell- elements which have served us and our customers well over the years.
