WhatHelps?, Inc. (WhatHelps?) is a web software developer, service provider, and host, doing business as WebHelps and WebmasterHelps. We provide free web site hosting, free site building tools and resources, free personal-use online tools, and both free and low-cost paid web site add-ons (our "Services"). Our network of web sites (the "Network") provides these Services through proprietory web software that integrates both proprietory and third-party software into a unique application and database sharing system.
Although the Network's applications and databases are shared by customers, this fact is completely hidden from users, who believe they are interacting in completely independent environments. By having customers share applications and databases, we are able to keep our operating costs low, the savings from which we pass along to customers in the form of free or low-cost subscription fees for use of our Services.
This levels the playing field for small- and medium- sized organizations, by allowing them to setup interactive sites using Services they normally could not afford. For example, professional-grade voice chat software, such as we offer, costs in excess of $50K and requires a full-time chat administrator to install, setup, monitor, and upgrade.
