What, When, Where .....
Agrifin was incepted in 1988 with its first product lines in productivity measurement, purebred livestock and genetic selection management systems. The Bookkeeping and Debtors packages followed soon. An Auctioneering Management System was added in 1993 and today the major share of bulk Livestock trading in Namibia is processed and recorded on the AGRIFIN platforms.
In 1999/2000 a major shift in the Microsoft Windows platform and technology strategy, made the Dos platform obsolete, but opening vast new possibilities and ventures. A total redesign of these packages followed with advanced process integration and workflow automation.
2nd Quarter 2007
We now have several other Information Management Systems, which are sold either as standalone packages, and/or integrated systems, depending on the needs and budged of the client. All of them are designed in such a manner that the user can adapt and configure the variables and business processes to personal needs and skill level.
