The Division of Primary Care within the Office of Community Health Systems allocates funding to community-based comprehensive Primary Care Health Centers and Free Clinics (Health Rights) to improve the health status among medically underserved (uninsured) populations. School-Based Health Centers and Black Lung Clinics Programs also receive their funding.
