Description

My name is Koen Hoorelbeke, my friends call me Krusty (probably because of the resemblence of my hair with the real Krusty :-).

This site is actually a test-bed for all my programming skills (?!). Usually guys like me (developers) tend to make sites with technical articles on how to develop certain things on the internet. But since there are already a gazillion sites like this and I really love kayaking way more than most of the rest in my life, I tought it was quite justified to build a kayak-site :-).

Quite challenging I might say, since I'm not the pro-kayaker kind of guy who's more on the river than at home and thus have a lot of footage to put on a website. Luckily the sport has grown the last few years and there is much to find on the internet. However up till now I hadn't find a true portal which posts articles on a daily basis. Quite normal since writing articles takes a lot of time, and unlike some other markets (like writing technical articles), it doesn't pay a dime.
