Youth Fitness Club is the first interactive website just for teens and preteens who want to learn how to become healthy and fit. Our content is directly tailored to fit their unique fitness and nutritional needs while providing a fun and supportive environment.
Youth Fitness Club (YFC) is founded on the principals that making smarter food choices and incorporating fun, physical activities everyday is the key to a lifetime of fitness; not dieting. Additionally, YFC strongly believes in the benefits of reaching out for support through our member community and in turn giving support to one's own community by volunteering.
