- In short, ZoToDo is a simple daily to do list organizer. It provides for 100% free online todos, while at the same time utilizing a beautiful AJAX interface to help you manage your daily task list. It can act as a personal todo list (ex/ get Julia's Halloween costume on Thursday, pay up credit card balance on Friday, and get the groceries on Monday) or even as a simple to do list for work. Please understand though that ZoToDo is merely an online to do list software, not a scheduling application, so depending on your line of work it may not be able to act as a substitute for scheduling software. In case you're interested here's our rational for sticking to a basic todo functionality: Ultimately the point of a to do lists is to help in getting things done (gtd)...Personally, I've found that scheduling often doesn't work. You get so bogged down in when you have to do things that you can never actually do them. Instead I've found that using a simple tool (such as ZoToDo) helps a lot more. Not only is the interface such that it reflects the simplicity of a real to do list (which you'd write on a post-it and stick on your computer screen), but it's flexible enough to work for a real person and real task load.
