- Zuma Capital Partners is an active investor in small capitalization and micro capitalization stocks. Our goal is to provide alternatives to large shareholders who have few liquidity options available to them. Our preference is to invest in companies with market capitalizations of less than $100 million. We are willing to invest between $2 million and $15 million in each transaction. We have a strong interest in special situations Ð companies that are in transition or are potential M&A or recapitalization candidates. We prefer to work with management and the board to help these companies unlock value that the public markets do not appreciate. We are long-term investors and view ourselves as owners as opposed to shareholders.
