By the StenoGlyph a we encode the indefinite particle "a" in English, whereas in German the same sign encodes the indefinite noun "es".

Note that in English this glyph an encodes "an" too. We make it an extra svg-entry, such that googling for "an-steno.svg" directly leads to the result.
