Ambitious and anxious, the two attended an Expo searching for just the right product to fulfill their dreams and stomachs…and so they found Gelato. Working diligently, two short years passed as the gelato and store plans were finalized. Their sons, Brad and Casey, spent many long days taste testing the java and gelato - a tough job. Then, in the summer of 2007, the Blankenship family was able to open their doors and share their dreams, hard work, and AROMAS!
