As a Researcher in the field of veterinary medicine, animal science and medical science, I extend my knowledge to the people who visit this site or contact me in person to become well-being in the family and the community where they live. I believe in some of the well-being products to recommend or promote in the current marketplace that are beneficial to our body and mind to stay healthier, happier and prosperous in this world. In a business sense, mutually, I make money to survive with my family by meeting my goals through dedication. Athma-Pure brand products are owned by an initial start-up company named PNCR Group. PNCR Group is launching its first well-being product: Athma-Pure Device with Nosefilters for you. The “Keep it simple” philosophy has applied on our product invention using the charcoal activated filter with some trade secrets.

The genetic predisposition of the human body is protected and improved by a long term effect of the food you eat, the water you drink and the air you breathe in order to have your athma or soul lives longer with good health. Be calorie conscious in selecting the food you eat, and stay physically active. Don't skip meals. Prefer to eat small portion of meals, five times a day. Like driving a car, a new driver must work diligently to control the vehicle, but with practice it becomes a skill requiring less effort. In the same way you control your body and mind by following the well-being concepts. Otherwise, you must depend on others to treat your illnesses. It is a very simple logic to understand.

At least, you need to remind yourselves about self discipline and self control, sometimes using the moderation and balance principles, which will boost your self esteem to function properly in your daily life. Live simply, stay calm and persistent towards your goals by walking on your own path. Know your values, and manage and lead from those values. Maintain your perspective on all things, at all times. Once you’ve found good people, mentor and coach them. Provide support, guidance, direction and encouragement.

Think carefully about how you spend your dollars. There is a lot of data that suggests experiences are better than durable goods. A good trip to see attractions will bring wonderful memories and the happiness you deserve. Research finds rising living standards don’t guarantee contentment. Stay simple. Use your leisure time by socializing with friends and help your family and local community bring delight. Invest in yourself by reading good books and articles, and listening to your mentors. In your plan prepare for the opportunity that will make you fortune. Plan ahead and use your time wisely with a positive attitude.

Stay on your solid path and focus on your goals. Don’t rush or push yourself too hard to reach your long term goals. Don’t compare yourself with others; time will bring you wealth. Share your personal wealth with your local community towards a good cause. Forgiveness is a special gift for, the ability to forgive will make you happy and a loving nature and spiritual life will bring its own gifts. We begin aging when we stop learning. Remember, if you don't have enough knowledge, you will easily be fooled by others. Update your knowledge daily.
