"Right across the border in Tijuana there are thousands of inmates living with their family in prison. We are proud to sponsor a Boat Angel Outreach Center Church amongst the inmates. The Bible states `I was in prison and you visited me. I was a stranger and you took me in.' It is a natural progression for us after having been part of the distribution of prison literature throughout the Federal and State systems to open a church in a prison. We will be gathering up Spanish books, bibles, music, films and educational programs to help rehabilitate those who are serving sentences in this city."
