I was impressed by a knife that had been made by my father-in-law and decided that this was something I wanted to do. For someone with no previos knowledge of woodwork, making something like a knife was something special I enrolled on a course in Kristiansand and everything began from there. I now live in Kristiansund, with my wife and 2 daughters, and make Brukskniver ( everyday knives) in my spare time.
