I am a husband, father, software architect, jazz lover and ex-avid mountain biker (i.e. before the father role kicked in). I am a Distinguished Engineer with EMC (inducted October 2008), working in its Content Management & Archiving (CMA) division. My primary focus in CMA is upon software services and service-oriented architectures (SOA). I also serve as an active member of the CMA CTO Council, the CMA Architecture Team, and the CMA Platform Technology Office.
