I hope everyone had a very enjoyable summer season. If you have been following the ongoing $27 Billion lawsuit the Government of Ecuador has filed against Chevron, I think you will be interested in an update in this Newsletter. Effective August 16,2009, GE Money Bank will be changing the Payment Due Date on all credit card accounts to 23 days after the billing statement date. GE is making this change in order to be compliant with recent credit card legislation.
