Note: Democrats Abroad has two full votes on the DNC with each of our DNC members casting one quarter vote. In the Association of State Democratic Chairs (ASDC) our members cast half votes. The Chair and Vice-Chair of Democrats Abroad, as with other State committees, are ex-oficio members of the DNC. Our six other DNC members are elected as part of our world wide caucus process.
