The eLearning Alliance is a membership-based organisation for anyone interested in eLearning in Scotland, including both providers and users of eLearning services.Founded in the Spring of 2002, with seed funding from Scottish Enterprise, the Alliance was set up in recognition of new demand for online learning fuelled by increasing access to the internet.
