It's a utility to prepare and clean up text for plain text email newsletters. It "wraps" the text at a specified width so that your readers can read the newsletter more easily, no matter what e-mail software they are using. eWrapper will also remove extra characters from the beginning of each line of text, such as the forwarding characters (> ).
