The Epilepsy Foundation of Central and Northeast Wisconsin (EFCNW) introdices its new Executive Director, Arthur J. Taggart. Working with Epilepsy Foundations for 19 years, Art will be providing leadership and management from a central office in Madison, where he also directs the Epilepsy Foundation of Southern Wisconsin. EFCNW is joining the growing trend of consolidation which has proven to be a cost effective way to manage organizations.
