omg I wish i had visited this website before I had ordered my dining room furnitue from Furnituredeal uk. I ordered it on the 2nd July for people coming round and was promised delivery within 5 to 10 days. Never got any phone call to say it was going to be delayed and when it didnt show I made contact and they said their systems had been down and they hadnt put the order through till a week later. I said this wasnt good enough and said i no longer wanted the table and chairs and i wanted a refund. They told me the only way they could do that was if i e-mailed the accounts department. I did this and was promised my money back within 30 days maximum. I am still waiting for my money they dont answer the phones they dont reply to e-mails and when they do they keep extending dates and times as to when you will receive the refund. Their moto is cheapest furniture on the interent. It is the most expensive furniture because you pay for something you never receive. People like this make me sick. You go out and earn money to buy things and they rob you blind with no way of getting my money back off them i am now going to contact my bank and try and retrieve it another way. People like this should be stopped and very very quickly. AARGGGGGGGG they make me so angry. }}
I am disgrace with this furnituredealuk. They have taken my money from my mastercard and not supplied me with the goods. They dont even answer their telephone now and i am left pulling my hair out. This company needs sorting out by trading standards. I notice from other reviews that people have had similar problems with this company. 1.0 out of 5 Placed order 3 months ago for a coffee table and still waiting for it to arrive. I have rang several times and keep getting staff who dont speak english, and now i am completely fed up with this company. I have rang my bank and disputed my payment and i have also reported them to trading standards. I realise now that they have switched their website from furnituredeal to furnituredealuk and yet this is the same company. I advise everyone to stay well away from these people. Im sure we will see them on watchdog soon.

1.7 out of 5 Terrible experience, please avoid! Still waiting goods ordered 2 months ago, was told originally should be delivered in about 2-4 weeks! Problems getting this matter resolved include, being told I will be called back and often this fails to happen, the phone number not working or getting cut off mid conversation (many times!), being told they have some but not all stock and the dates keep getting extended. Will this ever end? I have seen on the money saving expert website about other similar problems, so best avoid and perhaps consider elsewhere. **Not received any goods yet... couldnt complete this review unless I commented on quality of goods, so had to put that in, although not had yet**

what a joke?? extra 10% off at the checkout. It would be great if this company really had the stock to sell. They took my money for 3 months before finally i got a refund through credit card company. 1.0 out of 5 I have been chasing my order for the last 8 weeks and have lost money through so many calls to this company. I keep being told that my order will be in "next week" everytime and the goods never arrive. I am tired ringing them and have demanded a refund. I think this is going to be a difficult task too, looking at other reviews given by customers. Does this company even have goods for sale??? Stay well away!!!!

Well what can i say! a damn con artist! we looked on the furnituredeal web site,,,,liked some items,,,so thought lets go to the shop and see them first,,,drove for 4 hrs,,,,,when we got there there is no 30.000 square ft,,of showrooms like it said in the add... we was told our furniture would come from Italy,,,so it would take 8-10 weeks to arrive,,,stupid me,,paid be debit card,,900 pounds,,,never knew that its better to pay by credit card,,so i would be insured,,,im hoping my bank can do something to get my money back,,, the guy at the store never shut up talking,,,,i thought seen as we went to the shop,all would be safe,which was a large warehouse on the address from the website,, has anyone rang the police? or trading standards? just woundered if we all got together could we do something about this con man,,,, im so upset! took me ages to save for these items,,,,what a damn let down,,,,,,the guy rang us up to say the company had gone bust,,but im sure its all down to him,,,that he's not working for someone else,,,let me know what you all think...
