The current environmental challenges we are facing in Australia at the moment do not make farming easy, be it be fire, drought or flood. Our hearts go out to the flood victims farther to the north, and we are saddened by the bush fire loss of death and property in Victoria. It�s tough working in the rain and floods, but at GFB Bowen we are fortunate to have a farm which was designed at a higher elevation, then the surrounding flood plain where we are located.
