S. P. Jaiswal Estates Private Limited was incorporated on 5th October 1964 under the Companies Act 1956. Mr. S. P. Jaiswal was the promoter of the company and his son Mr. R. K. Jaiswal managed the day to day affair. After his death Mr. D. K. Jaiswal son of Mr. S. P. Jaiswal took over the control of the business and presently he is Chairman and Managing Director of The HHI Group.
