We are a site of intellectual protest, critical thinking and clear thought. We do not believe in a post-modernist pseudo-reality as propounded by the GOP, PNAC, neo-cons or the current administration. We think their ideals are founded in faulty and egotistical thinking and that they should be held accountable for their actions which in some cases are patently illegal and in most case are unethical or immoral. We think that freedom is a responsibility and that most Americans have given up their freedom. We know that patriotism has nothing to do with flag waving and everything to do with questioning the actions of our representatives to ensure they are truly representing us - the people. We know that the people are not here to do the government’s bidding but that the government is here to do the people’s bidding - all of the people not just a elect few. We know there is no divine right, manifest destiny, or mandate from God that grants the government power - the power of the government is granted by the people - it is ours to do with as we see fit.
