Gulf Island Vacation Rentals is owned and operated by Kevin and Cherie Oke of Pender Island. Between us we have more than 20 years experience in the short-term rentals market and understand that market well. We offer a high standard of personal, high-quality service to our clients and guests. With our commitment and dedication, we have become the largest rental agency in the Gulf Islands and are rapidly expanding on Vancouver Island.
Gulf Island Vacation Rentals Inc. is licensed under the British Columbia Travel Agents Act, Registration #26164. This is your guarantee of quality service and fair business practices.
Kevin Oke moved to North Pender Island in 1989. He and his wife Cherie travel extensively throughout the region, both for Gulf Island Vacation Rental purposes as well as Kevin's work as a professional photographer. Kevin is responsible for marketing and development, tries to be the tech guru (doesn't do a bad job) and spends as much time as he can doing the photography we all can enjoy. When he's not working for Gulf Island Vacation Rentals he tends to seek out warmer climates with difficult languages and colourful marine life.
