Dear Colleagues,
We hope you can join us at University College London July 24-25, for a symposium on "design and evolution". Speakers will include Bill Hillier, Mike Batty, Robert Adam, and others to be announced. We will look in particular at organic design, evidence-based design, emergence, self-organization, tradition, sustainability, and related concepts.
Thursday the 24th will be a public session, followed by an evening book launch for Stephen Marshall and Philip Steadman. Friday will be a smaller session of ESRG colleagues, allowing a more intimate discussion of current work and opportunities for collaboration.
