Why we recommend you that particular place?

Being located on equal distance from the Seacoast and the mountains the region benefits from both during the summer and the winter season. Unlikely the Seacoast and the mountain resorts where the last few years investors interest has made prices of properties unaffordably expensive, in the Central Northern part of Bulgaria things are quite different.

Why buying property on the Seacoast or ski resorts like Bansko is not very wise at the moment?
