CFI equips our drivers, not only with the most modern and well-maintained fleet on the road, but also with the most advanced technology. Only the safest and most experienced drivers and owner operators drive for CFI. CFI offers:
A safety bonus is paid to each full time, over-the-road company driver who does not have a preventable occurrence during the period beginning December 1 through February 28 (payable first pay period in April), March 1 through May 31 (payable first pay period in July), June 1 through August 31 (payable first pay period in October) and September 1 through November 30 (payable first pay period in January). The bonus will be up to $0.04 per mile for dispatched miles during that period. A driver will receive credit for all single miles. All teams dispatched will be credited half (1/2) of all miles.
One week of paid vacation after one year. Two weeks of paid vacation after two years. Pay is based on the driver's average earnings over 52 weeks.
