My goals were simple and looked easy on paper but I had been trying to achieve these goals for over 10 years on my own. With Dean’s help I easily surpassed my weight goal and lost two dress sizes. He made my workouts easy to understand and explained the exercises in a way I could grasp. Through some physical challenges he varied my workout either by changing the machine I was using or the exercise I was doing. He also adjusted my workout through a short pregnancy and while my body healed after a miscarriage He laid out a nutrition plan that was easy to follow and allowed variety and my choices of food for meals. I was even allowed to cheat every once in a while, which made going to parties and to friends enjoyable. I understand better how to eat healthy and to feed my body the nutrients it needs. It has been my privilege to have continued my coaching education with King Sports International and being a graduate of their Coach Intern Program. In January 2007, I was invited by Ian King to be personally mentored by he and his coaches. To be afforded this rare opportunity has further enabled me to serve my clients with excellence. He has trained athletes in every Summer and Winter Games, every Commonwealth Games, and various World Cups and World Championships between 1986 and 2006.
