           Maintenance Mechanic - Jack Of All Trades

QUALIFICATIONS Qualified in trouble shooting pneumatics, hydraulics and robotic automated production equipment. I have work with some PLC's, variable drives, sensors .Also, some automotive repair and building maintenance, basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, wallpapering and landscaping. Very mechanical inclined. Can adapt very easy to almost anything that needs to be repaired. I have my own tools in all of these areas. Computer literate in operations and some repair. Blueprint and electrical schematics knowledge. Machine shop knowledge in reading calipers, rebushing parts, brake down and reassembling machine components. And fabrication of material. I do know how to drive a forklift sit down and stand up and preformed minor repairs .I have remodeled the last three homes I have owned. Replacing electrical receptacles, wiring and light switches and some plumbing replacing sinks, toilets, repairing and installing pipes and unclogging stopped up pipes. I have done carpentry replacing installing doors, windows and molding. I worked for HavaTampa for the last six years, two and a half repairing and troubleshooting 270’s cigar making machines on the production floor and three and a half in the machine shop rebuilding 270’s and B.K.F.s cigar making machine components. Also are working three part time jobs. I’m part of the staff at Lake Bernadette Community Center. Working building maintenance and security plus customer service and management. Taking care of Exercise equipment, Pool areas. Centers activities. General cleanliness throughout the faculty. I also work for MurdersSheWrote.com. We are a traveling murder mystery dinner theater group. We perform comedic murder mysteries. (Strong emphasis on comedy.) I manage sound equipment. Set up and break down. Monitoring scrip, wireless microphones, music and props. Also have small personal handyman repair business. Doing home repair and computer services.
