When you enter a search term in AboutUs, it follows these steps:

First looks to see if what is entered is an exact match for an existing article and if it is, it displays that article.
If no article exists, but it is a valid domain name, then AboutUs attempts to create a structured data article for that website.
Finally, if neither is the case, then it will display search results in two columns, wiki search and Google search. The reason we show both is because at this time, neither shows full results alone.
