Licensed since 1968, Claude started Crocker Realty, Inc. in 1974. Claude is the 2002 Thomasville Area Board of Realtors - Realtor of the Year. He is a past president of Thomasville Area Board of Realtors and a past president of the Southwest Georgia Board of Realtors. He has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute designation. With a background in Real Estate spanning over 30 years, I would need more than a page to put everything down that Claude has done or accomplished. Claude continues to educate himself on real estate issues by attending different seminars on real estate, finance and land related issues. Claude has a great deal of successful experience in land packaging, assemblage, development and 1031 exchanges. Claude is a member of the Realtor Land Institute and is a Graduate of the University of Georgia where he was an active Alpha Gamma Rho. Claude has a strong background in farming and his educational background is in Agricultural Economics. Claude is a member of New Covenant Church with his wife Claudia. When not conducting real estate brokerage Claude can be found at the coast fishing or hunting birds if the season allows.
