- Lloyd's Plan, Inc. was founded by Lloyd K. Pottratz in March, 1973. We opened our Clinton, Iowa branch in 1992. Mr Frank Farrar purchased LPI in September 2001 from Mr. Pottratz. Lloyd continues to serve on our board of directors. Sheri Wilford, who has been with the company 22 years, assumed the position of president in January 2002. In March 2004, we opened our third location in Moline, Illinois. We have been in business for over 34 years and we will continue to be here to serve you for many years to come.
