As you may have noticed during the past year, the Nassau County website has been completely redesigned. Our new portal has a design based on your intentions, which allows for quicker and easier access to information and services. In our efforts to make our site more accessible to everyone, we are moving to make our site more BOBBY compliant. Users can now adjust the font size using the browsers text size functions (usually found under 'view' at the top of the browser).
We are also developing new ways for you to electronically interact with County government. This new initiative, called eGovernment, has been defined as electronically bringing City Hall to the resident. This is accomplished by building and creating easier access to government services over the Internet.
