Chef Habip who also owns PERA Turkish Kitchen and PERA Wine & Tapas is excited to bring one of his newest foodie guilty pleasures to McKinney Ave with his new venture in Mediterranean cuisine, PERA Wine Bistro. PERA Wine Bistro is a dine in and/or take out concept. For those looking for a sit down experience, come enjoy some fine Mediterranean cuisine in our warm vibrant atmosphere. If you're out on the Ave late night (we're talking 4am people!) and looking for a place that's open to eat (WE ARE!), try our Doner Kebab sandwich, which is the go-to, TO-GO food for your post pub hunger fix. For those who may not be familiar with the concept of Kebab, specifically Doner Kebab, (pronounced Doan-air) it's that juicy and delectable meat on a rotisserie that's skillfully thin shaved and placed in bread served with tomato, onion, sumac and pickled cucumber. The concept originated from Turkey where Doner Shops are as abundant as Starbucks are here.
