It's Easy
A green edit button can be found to the left of each section of a wiki page as well as at the top of each page (called "edit wiki" there). To edit pages you need to first login or create your free account via the blue buttons at the top right.
Clicking on 'edit' will bring you to edit mode with a window displaying the wiki text for that particular section of the article (or the whole article if you clicked "edit wiki" at the top of the page). You can add, delete, or change text within this window and select 'Show preview' to preview changes, 'Show changes' to show the "before and after" versions, or simply jump to 'Save page'. Remember to click the save page button... otherwise any edits you made will be lost!
