fitness

country

experiencing
astronomical
health
care
costs

saint.
I
myself

obese

years
ago
and
took
15
years
to
win
a
state
power
lifting
trophy

years
ago.

good
news
is

it

result
that
I
am
doing
more
athletically
today
than
I
ever
did
when
on
the
swim/ability
team/for

high
school.

my
idol,
the
far
superior

year

Jack
Lalanne,
I
am
living
proof
that
you
only
get

better
with
time.

may
sound
like
the
popular
adage
of
fine
wine
getting
better
with
age,
but
when
