Our simple and powerful tools give you just what you need to collect and describe the best sites in the topics you love!
You may already know that we are collaboratively building a guide to websites, giving every website in the world its own editable wiki page on AboutUs.org. Now we are making this guide even more useful by providing ways to interact with the growing information we have about websites.
AboutUs uses its own algorithm to determine where to rank sites in each topic. You can influence what sites rise to the top by adding a short summary of the website. If a site is missing from a topic, go the AboutUs wiki page, and make sure it's properly categorized. While you're at it, go ahead and add a summary too! We will adapt this algorithm over time to meet the needs of the public. We’re pleased to factor in site information from our partners, Broadlook and Iterasi.
