Originally a card and game manufacturer from Japan, Nintendo expanded its focus to electronic entertainment systems and never looked back. Key systems that played into the Nintendo history are the original Nintendo entertainment system (NES), Gameboy, Super Nintendo (SNES), Nintendo 64 (N64), Nintendo Gamecube (NGC), Nintendo DS and most recently the Nintendo Wii.
