As a private sector partner of PHFA in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania specifically under the PBCA program, PMAM has been responsible for the implementation of all asset management core tasks under HUD’s PBCA ACC with PHFA. PMAM is responsible for the PBCA core tasks for 540 contracts, 41,228 units since December of 2000. Under this contract, PMAM and PHFA have undergone four finding free HUD annual compliance reviews and one deficiency-free HUD Inspector General PBCA audit.
