- Founder and designer Lucy Hosken developed Nearly Nude because of an endless search for invisible and supportive underwear. 'Like so many women, I bought clothes that looked fabulous on models or in magazines but when I wore them I had no support underneath and they looked terrible. I wanted to be able to wear delicate tops and low cut designs but couldn't because I had nothing to wear underneath'. So this is how Nearly Nude was started.
