In accordance with Executive Order S-13-09 the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development will be closed three Fridays per month starting July 10, 2009 and ending June 30, 2010. For a complete list of scheduled closures click here. The Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development is one of 13 departments within the California Health and Human Services Agency. OSHPD administers programs which endeavor to implement the vision of "Equitable Healthcare Accessibility for California.
