Only 14 school days in December, and they are filled with meetings, concerts and a variety of other events. Our winter sports season officially gets under way and Band-A-Rama has its usual three day run. The biggest change this December is that the State's school funding crisis will hit home here in Southgate. Currently we are short $1.4 million for our '09 - '10 budget.
