Steno-b first StenoGlyph edit

Stenographic sign b, conforming to the "Wiener Urkunde" as given in stenografie.de.

Steno-b.svg claimes to be the first public StenoGlyph representation in svg-format worldwide in the Web. So you can Google for it.

The same Glyph stands for the latin b char, that can be used in lots of languages, even in the "romanized" transcription of Mandarin Chinese.
