- This Association was organized in 1990 as the North Texas Process Servers Association for the express purpose of creating a vehicle to enhance the business of the process service community in the D/FW metropolis. The first agenda was to bring to the courts attention the need for standing orders. After many hours of effort by the founding members, over a two year period, the Dallas courts granted such order. Since that time many other area courts have followed suit.
