At University Behavioral Health, we believe in providing well-rounded, balanced care. Serving as a private psychiatric hospital in north Texas and the surrounding area, we've specialized in mental health support and chemical dependency programs since 2005.

Day hospital, or outpatient, services provide a continuum of care through partial hospitalization and appropriate programs. This is especially important when working with the youth, as their recovery is dependent on family relationships and continued education.
When it comes to chemical dependency treatment, we follow a 12 step, abstinence based program designed to give patients the tools they need to take back control. Whether the dependence comes with mental illness, a history of trauma or something else, UBH takes an integrative approach to care.
