My father, Walter Brunken, founded Addison Machine Engineering Inc. with a vision—to design and build the best tube mills and mill components in the industry. In 1965, he opened the shop in Addison, Illinois, to make that vision a reality. Working in the shop along side our father, my brother Ron and I learned hands-on how to design and manufacture mills from the ground up…what works, what doesn’t, what customers need and expect from our equipment.
