Even with BIM, specifications are a necessary part of construction documents. This program will cover the basics of BIM (briefly), the aspects of BIM related to construction documentation--particularly specifications, and how the production of specifications is evolving through software automation. The primary program will be one hour and include lunch; you may stay for an additional half hour for a demonstration of the e-SPECS program.
